A little about me

I have a unique backstory when it comes to my interest in land sales. I grew up farming and ranching and graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a degree in agri-business and a minor in economics. For five years, I worked for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). In the Agriculture Research Services (ARS) department, I worked on two major projects: Atmospheric Co2 Tunnel and Range Land Management, where I studied the effects of dairy cattle farms on watersheds. I understand what it takes to make land productive and how to evaluate properties for residential living or agriculture purposes.

Naturally, I became interested in land sales and sought the professional designation of an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). It created the perfect union of experience, knowledge, and skills when harnessed with the specialized skills of an ALC that are tailored specifically to land transactions. This expertise extends beyond traditional real estate agents and allows me to navigate complex land issues with ease. From assessing soil quality and water rights to understanding conservation and land use planning. As an ALC, I have the knowledge to identify potential risks, opportunities, and limitations associated with a property. By partnering with me, land buyers can make better, more confident, well-informed decisions that align with their goals.
